Kym's InstagramHad my own Great British Baking Show technical challenge today. Made @williamzest great grandmothers raisin cookie recipe. After making the filling the next line just said “make dough” with a list of ingredients. With the help of my mom, they turned out great!Opened our 🎁 from each other this morning 🥰 with the biggest tree we’ve ever had. 🎄Will named him Dwane “The Tree” Johnson.Smorrebrod brunch 🤤. Traditional Danish rye bread and pickles made by @williamzest 😍 I had pickled herring with daikon radish spouts and dill, smoked salmon with Will’s pickles, and fried egg with cheese and tomato. I resisted having danish coffee (with brown sugar and aquavit 😜)Thanks @caravanvet for taking great care of us for over 6 years! Pigeon (and we) love the comfort and ease of not having to leave her home. (I should have gotten a picture of all of us on the living room floor 🤪) We also deeply appreciated the cards and care you’ve expressed over our loss of Turtle. I strongly recommend @caravanvet, for us it is 100% worth the added expense of a home visit.
