Kym's InstagramSmorrebrod brunch 🤤. Traditional Danish rye bread and pickles made by @williamzest 😍 I had pickled herring with daikon radish spouts and dill, smoked salmon with Will’s pickles, and fried egg with cheese and tomato. I resisted having danish coffee (with brown sugar and aquavit 😜)Thanks @caravanvet for taking great care of us for over 6 years! Pigeon (and we) love the comfort and ease of not having to leave her home. (I should have gotten a picture of all of us on the living room floor 🤪) We also deeply appreciated the cards and care you’ve expressed over our loss of Turtle. I strongly recommend @caravanvet, for us it is 100% worth the added expense of a home visit. So apparently it’s our 8 year wedding anniversary. We both forgot until @williamzest mother reminded us. We spent the day climbing with @annalesa. Now for more drinks and dinner!Got a new gig as a youth climbing 🧗🏽♀️ coach at Vertical Endeavors! Just two days a week so I can stay focused on growing Zest Ed and challenge myself to grow as a professional coach.

I am working on a new skill. I feel deeply out of my element. I often coach people to learn new skills such as swimming, or strength training, and now yoga. I tell people it’s ok if it feels unnatural, awkward, … Continue reading
If my vacation is miserable enough, life seems easier. Just kidding. Sorta. When I was a kid I cursed my parents for living in stupid boring frozen Minnesota. When I grew up I was leaving. Then I grew up and found … Continue reading
