You can run even if you don’t look like a “runner” and you can enjoy running even if you aren’t a “runner” and you can be a runner even if you don’t enjoy it all the time. #runasyouare #runningforanyone #IH❤️TErunningThis year feels SO DIFFERENT at my 5th #WCS2023 Women Coaches Symposium.Running when you can’t really run… I’ve been doing 10min “runs” in my basement. Normally the weekly track run is my one quality workout a week. So many times this morning I thought about not going or about quitting. Instead I ran with a much slower pace group and I’m so glad I did!Don’t confuse years with forever or never.

Meat in bread
I’ve completely failed to even attempt to make a cheese soufflé. Learning to make a soufflé has been on my mind since Thanksgiving and it just isn’t going to happen. Not now anyway. I’ve decided to put it off until … Continue reading

Adventures in Turducken
It started as a suggestion. Then it became a persistent request. I felt it even when it wasn’t there. The need for turducken was growing. A turducken is a chicken stuffed inside a duck, inside a turkey. For a year … Continue reading
