You can run even if you don’t look like a “runner” and you can enjoy running even if you aren’t a “runner” and you can be a runner even if you don’t enjoy it all the time. #runasyouare #runningforanyone #IH❤️TErunningThis year feels SO DIFFERENT at my 5th #WCS2023 Women Coaches Symposium.Running when you can’t really run… I’ve been doing 10min “runs” in my basement. Normally the weekly track run is my one quality workout a week. So many times this morning I thought about not going or about quitting. Instead I ran with a much slower pace group and I’m so glad I did!Don’t confuse years with forever or never.

Bike Badge Earned.
I was in triage at an ER trying not to hyperventilate. My mom was saying “Yoga breaths. Take yoga breaths.” One kind nurse looked me in the eye and sternly told me to get my breathing under control. After assessing my vitals … Continue reading

Not A Blister
Denial – had it so bad and I didn’t even know it. Because I was avoiding it. Sometimes there is nothing you can or should do. This was not the case. Remember way back in March when I said I had … Continue reading

A Fun Upgrade: Training With Friends.
It would have been Type 2 Fun alone. Because I was with a friend it was more like 1.5 Fun. With a friend it’s more of an adventure when things don’t go as planned. I often train alone. I like the … Continue reading
