You can run even if you don’t look like a “runner” and you can enjoy running even if you aren’t a “runner” and you can be a runner even if you don’t enjoy it all the time. #runasyouare #runningforanyone #IH❤️TErunningThis year feels SO DIFFERENT at my 5th #WCS2023 Women Coaches Symposium.Running when you can’t really run… I’ve been doing 10min “runs” in my basement. Normally the weekly track run is my one quality workout a week. So many times this morning I thought about not going or about quitting. Instead I ran with a much slower pace group and I’m so glad I did!Don’t confuse years with forever or never.
