You can run even if you don’t look like a “runner” and you can enjoy running even if you aren’t a “runner” and you can be a runner even if you don’t enjoy it all the time. #runasyouare #runningforanyone #IH❤️TErunningThis year feels SO DIFFERENT at my 5th #WCS2023 Women Coaches Symposium.Running when you can’t really run… I’ve been doing 10min “runs” in my basement. Normally the weekly track run is my one quality workout a week. So many times this morning I thought about not going or about quitting. Instead I ran with a much slower pace group and I’m so glad I did!Don’t confuse years with forever or never.

Not A Blister
Denial – had it so bad and I didn’t even know it. Because I was avoiding it. Sometimes there is nothing you can or should do. This was not the case. Remember way back in March when I said I had … Continue reading
The Reluctant Report
I raced last week, but I don’t really want to talk about it. I want my life back. Three more months until I get my life back. Well, my non-triathlon life anyway. Big goals can take a lot of … Continue reading
